FedEx Completes €2 Billion Euro Notes and $1.1 Billion USD Notes Offerings
FedEx Corporation (FDX) has completed two significant debt offerings totaling approximately €2 billion ($2.2 billion) in Euro-denominated notes and $1.1 billion in U.S. dollar-denominated notes.
The company announced the successful completion of these transactions on September 14, 2026, following underwriting agreements entered into on September 9, 2026.
The Euro Notes Offering consists of €1,100,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.000% Notes due 2030 and €900,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Notes due 2034.
FedEx entered into an underwriting agreement with a syndicate of international financial institutions, including Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Merrill Lynch International, Wells Fargo Securities International Limited, BNP PARIBAS, and ING Bank N.V., who acted on behalf of themselves and as representatives of the several underwriters.
