Cassell's associate Tandica Hughes, a former federation secretary general, received a 15-year ban and a 150,000 Swiss franc fine for benefiting from and facilitating irregular transactions.

Bassam Adeel Jaleel, former president of the Maldives Football Association, was banned for life and fined 1 million Swiss francs after misusing FIFA relief funds provided during the COVID-19 pandemic. He diverted $1.2 million to purchase an apartment, according to local media reports.
