FirstCash Holdings has expanded its revolving credit facility to $1.055 billion and extended the maturity date to August 27, 2031. The unsecured multi-currency facility now allows for U.S. Dollar and Pound Sterling borrowings at SONIA or SOFR plus a 2.50% margin. This amendment also reduces the unused commitment fee and increases the permitted consolidated net leverage ratio to 3.5x EBITDA.

The agreement was signed by Wells Fargo Bank as administrative agent, and a syndicate of banks on August 27, 2026. The original credit facility had a maturity date of August 27, 2028, but this amendment extends it for another three years.
