FirstCash Upsizes Credit Facility to $1.055 Billion
FirstCash Holdings, Inc., a leading international operator of more than 3,300 retail pawn stores, has amended its long-term unsecured bank credit agreement to increase the size of the facility and extend its maturity date. The company's existing $700 million credit facility has been upsized to $1.055 billion with a new maturity date set for August 27, 2031.
The amendment also allows for borrowings in both U.S. dollars and pounds sterling, and reduces the unused commitment fee under the credit facility. Additionally, the permitted consolidated net leverage ratio has been increased to 3.5 times consolidated EBITDA for the full term of the agreement.
