GBP Slips as US Dollar Rebound Continues Amid Iran Negotiations
The Pound Sterling has retreated by 0.27% on Monday as the US Dollar recovers ground, following a pause in US strikes on Iran and renewed negotiations between both parties.
The GBP/USD pair currently trades at 1.3439, down from its daily high of 1.3506 reached earlier in the day.
A weaker-than-expected UK manufacturing data added pressure on the Pound, which had rallied in the Asian session amid news of a halt to hostilities in Iran.
