GBP/USD Forecast: US Jobs Report to Decide Break of 1.35
The Pound to Dollar exchange rate (GBP/USD) gained around 1.2% from last Friday's close, ending the week near 1.3482 after a sharp post-Federal Reserve advance.
This increase was partly due to three votes for an immediate Bank of England rate hike, which supported Sterling.
However, GBP/USD remains below July's high of 1.3558 ahead of a crucial week for US business and employment data.
Rabobank expects the Pound to Dollar exchange rate to retreat into a 1.32-1.33 range over the next one to three months, citing that 'the heavy lifting done by the market may help the Bank avoid an actual hike in policy rates.'
