Givens Wins Maiden LET Title at VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open

Charley Givens claimed her first Ladies European Tour (LET) title at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open in Switzerland. The tournament was held at Migros Golfpark Holzhausern, where Givens edged out a closely contested field to secure her maiden LET victory.

Givens won by a one-shot margin over Alexandra Forsterling, Anna Foster, and Whitney Hillier on 13-under-par 200. The win came down to the wire, with Givens making a crucial closing-hole par to hold off her opponents who also made pars at the final hole.

The €52,500 winner's share was a welcome prize for Givens, who had been competing in the LET for 210 events without securing a victory. The win marked a significant milestone for Givens and capped off an impressive performance in the tournament.
