Glencore Announces $0.17 Per Share Distribution

Glencore plc has made two announcements regarding its distribution to shareholders. The first was on May 28, 2026, when shareholders resolved to pay an aggregate distribution of $0.17 per share in respect of the financial year ended December 31, 2025.

This distribution will be paid in two equal tranches of $0.085 per share from the capital contribution reserves of the Company, with the first tranche already having been approved and the second declared on August 5, 2026.

Shareholders who have opted for a different currency by September 1, 2026, will receive their distribution payments in Pounds Sterling, Euros, or Swiss Francs, determined by reference to the closing mid exchange rates applicable to the US dollar on September 7, 2026.
