Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh told G20 finance leaders that the world is experiencing a global investment surge, driving growth. Speaking at his first international economic policy meeting since taking office in May, Warsh addressed the G20 opening plenary session about the shift in global capital flows.

Warsh expressed his desire to learn more about growth prospects among G20 member economies.
