Gold Rally Gains Momentum Amid Weakening Dollar
The recent rally in gold prices has reached nearly 7% over the last three trading sessions, making it one of the most significant themes across financial markets.
This upward trend is largely attributed to the weakening U.S. dollar, which has allowed gold to recover ground consistently.
The Federal Reserve's meeting minutes released this week reinforced the view of a weaker U.S. dollar, as market expectations for future Federal Reserve decisions remain around 60% and 46% that interest rates will remain unchanged at the meetings scheduled for September and October.
This has led to reduced appeal among dollar-denominated investments, contributing to gold's resurgence.
