HSBC Announces Early Redemption of CHF 300 Million Swiss Franc Notes

HSBC Holdings plc has announced its intention to redeem all outstanding CHF 300 million 0.3200% Notes due 2027 on November 3, 2026, exercising the issuer's optional redemption right under Condition 6(c) of the notes' terms and conditions.

The bank will pay note holders CHF 200,000 per Calculation Amount plus accrued but unpaid interest from November 3, 2025 to the redemption date. The last trading day for these notes on the SIX Swiss Exchange is October 30, 2026.

HSBC operates in 56 countries and territories, serving a diverse global customer base including retail, commercial, and institutional clients. As part of its ongoing liability management efforts, the bank has not provided specific reasons for the early call.
