Iran Releases New Exchange Rates Amid Currency Volatility

The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has released the official exchange rates for foreign currencies as of September 14. The CBI's announced rates show that 46 currencies have appreciated compared to September 13.

According to the data, one US dollar is valued at 1,643,951 rials, while one euro costs 1,907,135 rials. This represents a slight increase from the previous day's exchange rate of 1,901,074 rials for the euro.

The CBI has also adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro is priced at 1,907,135 rials and $1 costs 1,643,951. In contrast, on the black market, $1 is worth around 2.28-2.31 million rials, while one euro is valued at 2.64-2.67 million rials.
