Iran Releases New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies
The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) has released new exchange rates for foreign currencies as of August 3. The official rate for $1 is 1,487,630 rials, up from 1,480,445 rials on August 2. Meanwhile, the value of the euro has decreased slightly, with one euro now valued at 1,714,968 rials compared to 1,707,316 rials on August 2.
The CBI reports that the values of 45 currencies have increased, while only 1 currency's value has fallen. The official exchange rates are as follows: $1 = 1,487,630 rials, €1 = 1,714,968 rials, and £1 = 2,005,579 rials.
