Iraqi Dinar Fluctuates as Dollar Exchange Rate Swings

The US dollar exchange rate in Iraq saw some movement on Thursday, September 3. According to a market survey by Shafaq News, the dollar traded at around 154,500 dinars per 100 dollars in Baghdad and Erbil.

In Baghdad's central exchanges, Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya, the dollar was sold for 154,650 dinars and bought for 154,400 dinars. In contrast, exchange shops in the Iraqi capital sold the dollar at 155,000 dinars and bought it at 154,000 dinars.

In Erbil, the selling price of the dollar was steady at 154,600 dinars, while buying prices remained at 154,500 dinars. The changes in exchange rates are relatively minor, but they may still be significant for those involved in international trade and finance.
