Japan Employee Engagement Cloud Market Hits ¥13.32 Billion
The Japanese employee engagement diagnosis and survey cloud market has reached an estimated 13.32 billion yen ($83.8 million) in 2025, according to a report from Yano Research Institute. This represents a growth of 19.7% from the previous year.
The demand for these services has shifted from simply measuring employee engagement scores to using the results to improve workplaces. Companies are increasingly adopting package plans that include support functions aimed at raising employee engagement based on survey results, with the trend accelerating further in 2025.
New adoption among regional companies also contributed to the expansion of the market. Yano notes that revisions made to Cabinet Office disclosure rules in February 2026 have added momentum to the shift from measurement to improvement.
