Japan Producer Prices Rise 0.4 Percent in July
Japan's producer prices rose by 0.4 percent in July, according to data released by the Bank of Japan (BOJ) on August 26th. This increase comes after a month-on-month rise of 3.6 percent in wholesale prices when compared year-over-year.
The BOJ's numbers also show that excluding international transportation, wholesale prices rose by 0.3 percent in July and 3.1 percent year-over-year.
