King Charles III to Replace Queen Elizabeth II on Canadian $20 Bill
The Bank of Canada is undergoing changes to its bank notes over the next few years. One of the notable updates is the $20 bill, which will feature King Charles III starting in February 2027.
King Charles will replace his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, who has been on the note for decades. The Bank of Canada worked with King Charles to redesign the note, and it will be in circulation by February 2027.
The $5 bill features Sir Wilfrid Laurier, Canada's seventh prime minister. However, he won't be on the note for much longer as Terry Fox will appear on the next version of the $5 bill, which is still being designed.
