Knight Frank Secures Tenant for Historic Sovereign House Property

The Leeds office of Knight Frank has secured a new tenant for the top floor of Sovereign House, a historic former Bank of England property. Logical Personnel Solutions has taken a fully fitted suite on a 10-year lease.

The 2,956 sq ft space is located on the fifth floor of Sovereign House and will be occupied by Logical Personnel Solutions. Anthony Newbold, representing the Northern Group as landlords, welcomed the company to the building.
