MA Credit Income Trust Delivers Despite Macro Headwinds
The MA Credit Income Trust has reported a net return of 0.71% for the month, which is slightly under its target of the Reserve Bank of Australia cash rate plus 4.25% per annum on an annualised basis.
The trust maintains an 8.60% trailing 12-month distribution yield and an 8.71% annualised return since inception.
The portfolio, valued at $7.7 billion including cash, remains highly diversified across 242 loans, predominantly floating rate and secured, with a short credit duration of 15.5 months and strong manager co-investment exceeding $240 million.
