Market Sees Broad Declines Amid Global Economic Volatility
The stock market experienced losses on Wednesday, with major indices such as the TSX and S&P 500 declining by 0.82% and 1.21%, respectively.
The Dow Jones also fell by 0.97%, while the NASDAQ dropped by a more significant 2.15%. Oil prices decreased by 2.84%, and the US dollar lost value, decreasing by 0.03%.
On the other hand, some stocks showed gains, with WCP-T increasing by 1.64%, BTE-T rising by 2.31%, CVE-T gaining 2.47%, and CNQ-T increasing by 2.72%.
