Middle East Tensions Fuel Oil Price Spike, Europe Suffers

European stock indexes took a hit on September 9, 2026, as tensions in the Middle East drove oil prices higher. The Eurozone's industrial production numbers were also released, with some countries showing growth while others experienced declines.
