The North American Development Bank (NADBank) has successfully completed the pricing of a CHF 125 million bond issuance, managed by Deutsche Bank. The debt settlement is scheduled for September 29, 2026, with the bond maturing on September 29, 2034 and paying a coupon rate of 1.125%. This bond marks NADBank's return to the Swiss bond market.

The strong credit quality of NADBank, favorable market conditions, and increased investor base due to NADBank securities being repo eligible and used as collateral all contributed to the tightened coupon rate.

As a result of this bond issuance, the proceeds will be swapped into Mexican pesos and U.S. dollars to fund infrastructure projects in Mexico and the U.S., particularly in areas such as water supply, wastewater treatment, waste management, air quality, urban mobility, and energy.
