A recent filing by National Bank of Canada reveals that it holds small positions in various crypto funds, totaling around $111,240. The bank's Form 13F filing shows that it owns 330 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF, valued at $3,848. Its largest position is in the ProShares Bitcoin ETF, with 5,310 shares worth $42,321.
The bank also holds smaller positions in other funds, including 1,090 shares of the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund, worth $55,644, and 150 shares of the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust ETF, valued at $6,831. The combined value of these five positions is around $111,240.
This disclosure comes on the heels of a separate filing by Grayscale's XRP trust, which reported selling 103.41 million XRP worth $180.78 million to meet redemptions in the first half of 2026. The trust recorded a realized loss of $34.16 million from these sales.
