National Bank of Canada Reveals Crypto Fund Holdings Totalling $111,240
The National Bank of Canada has disclosed its crypto fund holdings in a recent SEC filing. The bank reported small positions in five different funds, totaling about $111,240 at quarter-end.
The largest position was in the ProShares Bitcoin ETF, with 5,310 shares worth $42,321. Other notable holdings include 1,090 shares of the Fidelity Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund worth $55,644 and 330 shares of the Bitwise XRP ETF valued at $3,848.
This disclosure comes days after Grayscale's XRP Trust reported heavy redemption activity during the first half of 2026. The trust sold 103.41 million XRP valued at $180.78 million to meet share redemptions and recorded a $34.16 million realized loss on those sales.
