National Bank Soars on Strong Q3 Results Amid CWB Integration
Canadian bank National Bank of Canada (TSX:NA) has released its third-quarter 2026 results, showcasing strong revenue growth and integration benefits from its acquisition of Canadian Western Bank (CWB).
The company's adjusted earnings per share (EPS) rose by 26% year-over-year to $3.39, while total revenues increased by 18% to approximately $4.05 billion.
Pre-tax, pre-provision earnings grew by 24%, and the bank generated nearly 6% positive operating leverage.
The integration of CWB has transformed National Bank from a regional player into a more national franchise, expanding its footprint across Canada.
