NBU Lowers Official Dollar Exchange Rate to UAH 44.46

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has adjusted its official exchange rate for major currencies. As of September 2, the NBU set the official dollar exchange rate at UAH 44.46 per US dollar, down from UAH 44.52 on Tuesday.

The hryvnia-to-euro exchange rate is now UAH 51.54, a decrease of 10 kopecks compared to the previous day's rate. The NBU also adjusted the official zloty exchange rate to UAH 11.8988 per 1 zloty, down by 3 kopecks.

According to data from specialized websites, as of 08:00 on Wednesday, exchange rates in banks are trading at UAH 44.31-44.80 for the dollar and UAH 51.37-52.01 for the euro. On the interbank market, rates are UAH 44.50-44.53 per dollar and UAH 51.63-51.65 per euro.
