NBU Resolves Technical Glitch, Sets Official Exchange Rates for September 8

The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) reported that it experienced a technical glitch during the setting of the official hryvnia exchange rate for September 8. The issue was promptly resolved, and the correct data are now posted on the NBU's Official Internet Representation website.

According to the report, the official hryvnia exchange rate against the US dollar for September 8 will be UAH 44.4654 per US dollar, while the exchange rate against the euro will be UAH 51.6817 per euro.

The NBU stated that it would conduct additional work to prevent similar technical failures in the future and has scheduled a meeting of the Oversight Council for Money and Foreign Exchange Market Indicators to discuss the causes and subsequent measures.
