NBU Sets New Official Exchange Rates for Dollar and Euro
The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has set new official exchange rates for the US dollar and euro, effective August 10. The rates have declined slightly compared to those in effect on August 7.
The NBU has set the official rate for the US dollar at UAH 44.75, a decrease of 1 kopeck from UAH 44.76. The euro rate has decreased by 6 kopecks to UAH 51.61 from UAH 51.67.
The rates offered by banks, exchange offices, and cards show wider differences for customers. Banks are offering an average buying rate of UAH 44.49 and selling rate of UAH 45.00 for the US dollar. Exchange offices have a range of UAH 44.73 to UAH 44.85 for the US dollar.
