Nepal Rastra Bank Sets Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies

The Nepal Rastra Bank has announced the exchange rates for various foreign currencies. The central bank has set the purchase rate for one US dollar at 152 rupees 67 paisa and the selling rate at 152 rupees 27 paisa.

The purchase and selling rates for other currencies have also been determined, including the Australian dollar (108 rupees 78 paisa and 109 rupees 20 paisa), Canadian dollar (110 rupees 17 paisa and 110 rupees 60 paisa), European Euro (177 rupees 03 paisa and 177 rupees 72 paisa), UK Pound Sterling (207 rupees and 207 rupees 81 paisa).

The central bank notes that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed, and commercial banks may have different rates. The updated exchange rate will be available on the Nepal Rastra Bank's website.
