Nepal Rastra Bank Sets New Exchange Rates for Foreign Currencies

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set the exchange rates for various foreign currencies in Nepal. According to NRB, the purchase rate for one US dollar is now at 152 rupees and 59 paisa, while the selling rate stands at 153 rupees and 19 paisa.

The bank has also fixed the exchange rates for other major currencies, including the Australian dollar (AUD) at 109 rupees and 41 paisa for purchase, and 109 rupees and 84 paisa for sale. The Canadian dollar (CAD) is now at 110 rupees for both purchase and sale.

The National Bank has stated that these exchange rates can be revised at any time as needed, and may differ from those set by commercial banks. The updated exchange rates will be available on the central bank's website.
