Nepalese Rupee Declines Against Major Currencies Over Three Days
The Nepalese currency, the rupee, has seen a decline in value against several major currencies over the past three days. The US dollar's buying rate has been set at 152 rupees and 82 paisa by Nepal Rastra Bank, while the selling rate is 153 rupees and 42 paisa.
The decline in the value of the US dollar was also observed on Friday and Thursday, with the buying rate being slightly lower than the previous day's rate. The buying rate for one European euro has been set at 178 rupees and 83 paisa, while the selling rate is 179 rupees and 53 paisa.
The rates for other currencies such as the UK pound sterling, Swiss franc, Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Singapore dollar, Japanese yen, Chinese yuan, Saudi Arabian riyal, Qatari riyal, Thai baht, UAE dirham, Malaysian ringgit, South Korean won, Swedish krona, Danish krone, Hong Kong dollar, Kuwaiti dinar, Bahraini dinar, and Omani rial have also been set by Nepal Rastra Bank.
