Nigeria Signs MoUs with Canadian Firms to Boost Digital Economy

Nigeria's National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) has strengthened its international partnerships through MoUs with Canadian tech firms Goose FL and Fireflies AI.

The agreements, signed in Toronto, aim to support Nigeria's digital transformation while expanding the country's technology ecosystem and global connections.

The collaborations will focus on financial inclusion, AI infrastructure development, and technology transfer to boost Nigeria's digital economy.

NITDA Director-General Kashifu Inuwa Abdullahi witnessed the signing of the agreements, which align with the Federal Government's ambition to position tech as a driver of economic growth.
