NRB Sets Today's Foreign Currency Exchange Rates
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has set today's foreign exchange rates. The central bank fixed various buying and selling rates for several currencies.
The NRB set the buying rate of one US dollar at Rs 152.32 and the selling rate at Rs 152.92. Similarly, the buying rate of one euro was fixed at Rs 175.26 and the selling rate at Rs 175.95.
Other notable rates include: a Swiss franc at Rs 188.46 (buying) and Rs 189.20 (selling), an Australian dollar at Rs 107.16 (buying) and Rs 107.58 (selling), and the Japanese yen at Rs 9.52 (buying) and Rs 9.56 (selling).
The NRB stated that these rates may be revised as needed, and exchange rates set by commercial banks might differ slightly.
