Nutrien Declares $0.55 Quarterly Dividend Payable to Shareholders

Nutrien Ltd., a leading global provider of crop inputs and services, has declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.55 per share.

The dividend is payable on October 16, 2026, to shareholders of record on September 29, 2026.

Nutrien's Board of Directors made the decision to declare the dividend, which is designated as an eligible dividend under subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Shareholders who are residents of Canada will receive their dividend in Canadian dollars, while those outside of Canada, including the United States, will receive it in US dollars.
