Nutrien Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.55 Per Share

Nutrien Ltd., a leading global provider of crop inputs and services, has declared its quarterly dividend. The company's Board of Directors has approved a payout of US$0.55 per share to shareholders on record as of September 29, 2026.

The dividend will be payable on October 16, 2026. Registered shareholders who are residents of Canada and beneficial holders whose intermediary is a participant in CDS Clearing and Depositary Services Inc. or its nominee, CDS & Co., will receive their dividend in Canadian dollars.

However, registered shareholders resident outside of Canada as reflected in Nutrien's shareholders register, including the United States, will receive their dividend in US dollars. Registered shareholders may elect to change the currency of their dividend payments and enroll for direct deposit by electronic funds transfer through Computershare Investor Services Inc.

All dividends paid by Nutrien are eligible under subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
