U.S. stock futures were mixed in the overnight session on Monday as investors await results from Nvidia Corp.

Nvidia, a key player in the chipmaker industry, is expected to report quarterly earnings after the market close on Wednesday.

The company's shares fell nearly 3% at close, extending to seven consecutive days of declines despite analysts' expectations that sales for the quarter will jump 97.2% to $98.18 billion, marking the fastest pace of growth in a year.

Fed Chairman Kevin Warsh is expected to speak at the central bank's annual symposium in Jackson Hole, Wyoming on Friday, where investors will be looking for details on the Fed's announced plan to stabilize long-term Treasury yields and cues on its policy path.
