OR Royalties Declares Third Quarter 2026 Dividend of $0.065

OR Royalties Inc., a precious metals royalty and streaming company, has announced its third quarter 2026 dividend. The Company's Board of Directors approved a payout of US$0.065 per common share to be paid on October 15, 2026.

The dividend is an eligible dividend as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada). Shareholders residing in Canada will have their Canadian dollar equivalent determined based on the daily rate published by the Bank of Canada on the record date or the most recent preceding business day if no rate is available.

OR Royalties also reminded shareholders about its Dividend Reinvestment Plan, which allows eligible shareholders to reinvest their dividend payments in common shares at a 3% discount. Shareholders can enroll in the plan through their financial advisor, broker, or by contacting the Company's transfer agent.
