Pakistani Rupee Hits 226 Consecutive Days of Gains Against USD
The Pakistani rupee (PKR) has maintained its upward trend against the US Dollar (USD) for the 226th consecutive day, closing at Rs. 277.52 on Tuesday.
This milestone marks a significant stretch of stability in the currency market, with the PKR consistently gaining value since December 25, 2025.
In other currency pairs, the PKR remained stable against the UAE Dirham (AED) and Saudi Riyal (SAR), but lost 15 paisas to the British Pound (GBP).
