Pakistani Rupee Maintains Winning Streak Against US Dollar
The Pakistani rupee (PKR) continued its winning streak against the US Dollar (USD), closing in green for the 222nd consecutive day on Wednesday.
Despite fluctuations, the PKR maintained a stable value of 277.60 against the USD, gaining one paisa from the previous day's close.
The rupee has consistently reported gains against the dollar since December 25, 2025, a trend that shows no signs of slowing down.
However, it lost ground against other major currencies, including the British Pound (GBP) and Euro (EUR), falling by 79 paisas and 78 paisas respectively.
