Peakhill Scores $350M Credit Facility for Canadian Multi-Family Lending
Peakhill Capital has secured a $350-million credit facility to grow its lending portfolio for multi-family housing projects across Canada. The facility was arranged by a syndicate of Bank of Montreal, Toronto-Dominion Bank, and National Bank of Canada as co-lead arrangers and joint bookrunners.
Peakhill said the financing will allow the fund to expand its lending capacity to more than $1.2 billion nationwide. The company currently manages a servicing portfolio exceeding $17 billion and has financed over $4 billion across 600 transactions year-to-date.
The credit facility reflects the quality of Peakhill's portfolio, the discipline of its underwriting, and the strength of its platform operations, according to Harley Gold, president and CEO of Peakhill.
