Peso Posts Strongest Level Since February Amid Fed Expectations

The U.S. dollar has remained below 18 Mexican pesos for several weeks now, and its current exchange rate is 17.14 pesos per dollar.

This decline of 0.0677 pesos, or 0.39%, occurred on Saturday, August 8, marking the third consecutive week of gains for the peso against the greenback.

The Mexican currency has appreciated 1.22% against the U.S. dollar this week, its best weekly performance in two months.

Since mid-February, the peso's value has recovered more than 8%, reaching its strongest level since then at 17.14 pesos per dollar on Saturday.
