The Philippine peso has reached a record low against the US dollar amidst subdued Asian currencies.

According to Interaksyon, the peso's latest bid is at 62.75 against the dollar, marking a -0.25 percent decline from its previous day value of 62.59.

This marks the lowest level for the peso in recent history, surpassing its end-2025 value of 58.80.
