PKR Rebounds Against Top Currencies Amid Eased Tensions
The Pakistani rupee (PKR) has shown signs of recovery against major currencies after election news from Azad Kashmir eased tensions in money markets.
The PKR closed at 277.71 against the US Dollar (USD), marking its 215th consecutive day in green territory.
This uptrend began on December 25, 2025, and has continued unabated ever since.
Against other currencies, the PKR was stable against the UAE Dirham (AED) but lost one paisa against the Saudi Riyal (SAR).
