The Pound Sterling to US Dollar exchange rate is set to be determined on August 20, 2026. Robinhood Derivatives will offer a contract based on this event, allowing traders to predict the foreign exchange rate of the Pound against the Dollar as reported by the European Central Bank. The contract resolves when the actual exchange rate is known, and payouts are usually made within one hour.
The timeline for trading is 24 hours a day, except for a brief window on Wednesdays between 3-3:15 AM ET. Traders can close their positions before the event resolves or wait until it is over to determine the outcome of their prediction.
