Prudential Announces 8.88 US Cent Interim Dividend with Multi-Currency Options
Prudential plc (PRU) has announced its first interim dividend for 2026, amounting to 8.88 US cents per ordinary share. This dividend will be paid on October 22, 2026, with a record date set for September 11, 2026.
Shareholders in Hong Kong, the UK, and ADR holders will receive the dividend, while investors holding shares across its UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, and US registers should note different election deadlines and currency conversion procedures.
Prudential offers shareholders multiple currency options, with the default being pounds sterling for UK registers and Hong Kong dollars for Hong Kong registers. ADR holders will receive US dollars through Citibank N.A., while Singapore CDP shareholders will get Singapore dollars at the prevailing market exchange rate.
