The Australian economy is bracing for key data releases that will shape investor sentiment in the coming weeks. Consumer sentiment and public engagements by senior Reserve Bank of Australia officials will be closely watched, with economists looking for signs of inflation pressures.

RBA assistant governor Sarah Hunter will speak at The Australian Financial Review's Property Summit on Tuesday, while deputy governor Andrew Hauser appears on ABC's 7.30 later that evening.

Westpac is also set to release its consumer sentiment report this week, providing insight into whether spending has held up or increased.
