RBC Boosts Stake in Devon Energy

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has increased its stake in Devon Energy Corporation (DVN), purchasing an additional 468,064 shares in the first quarter.

The institutional investor now owns 2,747,768 shares of DVN's stock, representing a 20.5% increase in its holdings since the previous filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

This acquisition is valued at approximately $138 million, accounting for about 0.44% of Devon Energy's outstanding shares.
