RBC Boosts Stake in LegalZoom.com by Over 1,600%
Royal Bank of Canada has significantly increased its holdings in LegalZoom.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:LZ) by 1,656.5% in the first quarter, according to a recent disclosure with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The institutional investor acquired an additional 177,773 shares during the quarter, bringing its total holdings to 188,505 shares of LegalZoom.com's stock.
As a result, Royal Bank of Canada now owns approximately 0.11% of LegalZoom.com, which is valued at $1,069,000.
This is not an isolated case, as several other hedge funds have also modified their holdings in the company recently.
