RBC Reduces Holdings in United Fire Group Amid Institutional Investor Shifts

Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) has reduced its holdings in United Fire Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:UFCS), a Cedar Rapids-based insurance holding company.

According to RBC's most recent Form 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the firm sold 32,980 shares during the first quarter, trimming its total holdings by 22.5% to 113,426 shares.

The value of these shares is approximately $4,203,000, which represents about 0.44% of United Fire Group's outstanding stock.

This reduction in holdings comes as several other institutional investors have increased their stakes in the company during the second and third quarters.
