RBC Sells a Third of Its CareTrust REIT Holdings
Royal Bank of Canada reduced its holdings in CareTrust REIT by approximately 30.3% in the first quarter, selling 68,355 shares. The fund owned 157,433 shares after the sale, which represents about 0.07% of CareTrust REIT's total outstanding shares and is worth around $5.77 million.
In addition to Royal Bank of Canada, other large investors have made changes to their positions in CareTrust REIT during the quarter. For example, Transamerica Financial Advisors LLC increased its stake by 520% in the fourth quarter and now owns 868 shares valued at $32,000.
